The Randstad branch in Timonium, MD is currently seeking a mid-level Sales Consultant to cultivate a new territory. This role is the perfect fit for individuals with a passion for sales that are looking for an opportunity to grow and develop within a large international organization. The role of this individual will be cultivating new business through both phone calls, emails, and in person visits. We are looking for a driven, outgoing individual with a passion for results. Territory will be defined and database in place upon arrival, we are just looking for someone to take ownership of it and begin turning opportunities into profitability. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, overtime as necessary

*Minimum of 2 years experience in outside sales
*Track record displaying ability to consistently close new business
*Organizational skills a must
*Comfortability with cold-calling both via phone and in person visits
